TIBET: THE LAND CLOSEST TO THE SKY, by Marc Ribaud

If you are  in love with photographs and Tibet like I am, the photographic exhibition  TIBET: THE LAND CLOSEST TO THE SKY,  by Marc Ribaud at the Crow Collection of Asian Art  in Dallas is a must. On his website Marc Ribaud states: “Rather than a profession, photography has always been a passion for me, a passion closer to an obsession.” A French photographer, he spent many decades in Asia, and   was one of the first  photographers to travel to China in the 1950’s.  After China, North and South Vietnam, and Bangladesh, he went to Tibet and Cambodia. His photographs are realistic and spiritual at the same time.
